Where we deliver

Delivery is free anywhere within Kandisi, with no minimum order.

For addresses outside Kandisi we supply in bulk rather than by the bottle. A minimum order applies, and any delivery charge is shown to you at checkout before you pay.

The areas we currently deliver to, and their charges, are listed at checkout and shown in the table below.

These charges are set from our admin system and this table always shows the rates currently in force.

When we deliver

Orders are prepared and dispatched during our normal working hours. Delivery times given on this website are estimates and depend on the volume of orders and on traffic conditions. If we expect a significant delay we will contact you.

Receiving your order

Please make sure someone is available to receive the order at the address you gave us, and that the phone number on the order is reachable. If we cannot reach you or nobody is available, we will contact you to arrange another delivery.

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged or missing, tell us straight away so that we can put it right.

Collection

You can choose to collect your order instead of paying for delivery. Collection points and their opening hours are shown at checkout. Bring your order number when you come.

Bulk and tanker collection

Bulk water orders are not delivered. You collect from the loading point you select when ordering, on the date you choose, presenting the loading reference issued when your payment cleared.

The tanker registration recorded on your order must match the vehicle you bring. Contact us before travelling if anything needs to change.

Vending stations

Water bought at a vending station is paid for and collected at the station itself. Bring a clean, food-grade container.
